oo4. Freewebs and Blogspot sites may apply but I won't agree to advertise any Piczo sites. I'm not looking down on you Piczo users but Piczo has so many pop-up ads and it's really annoying so I choose not to advertise sites like these.
oo5. If you're advertised here, you're required to link me back in ALL pages of your site depending on how long you will be advertised here.
oo6. Only Hostees get the privilege of being advertised here without needing to pay me or link me back.
oo7. There are no longer any limits to the number of ads at a time!
